Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full
refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition
that you received it, with a copy of your original receipt. Any items purchased over 30
days will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You will be responsible for paying for
your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We will notify you of the refund status within 21 days of the item’s receipt and inspection by us. We will also initiate a refund to the payment method used to make the purchase.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card
issuer’s policies.

Please note that any personalized items are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or was incorrect
If an item arrives damaged, or the incorrect item, please notify us within two years to
exercise your statutory rights for either a replacement, repair, or refund. We will also
send you a return label to ship the item back to us for repair or replacement.

Once we receive the faulty item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received
the item. We will notify you of the refund status within 21 days of the item’s receipt and inspection by us. Any refunds will be credited to the payment method used to make the purchase, the timing of which is dependent upon your card issuer’s policies.
